John MacHeath tried a bit of revolution rock back in the 80’s, read about the ups and downs of Hang the Dance on page 28.
Tony Cogger was a bit of a rebel at heart but sadly passed away in April. He was also my much loved big brother and some of his work collegues have got together to run ‘Ten for Tony’ at the Jane Tomlinson 10k run on July 14th in Leeds City Centre, see page 6.

Scholes in Bloom are having Open Gardens on Sunday 14th July 2013, 1.00.pm to 5.00.pm.  There are approximately 14 gardens of varying sizes, plants are available to buy and there will be scarecrows on view around the village, price of entry £2.50.
