Another busy issue with former British Thai Boxing Champion Mick Tobin talking about his gym and the iconic Face magazine. Local film makers Lumbfilm Productions tell us about Tuck Bushman and other stuff and Scholes resident Paul Brown takes us on a hundred mile walking trail from Leeds to Scarborough.
A few charity things to tell you about, Crossgates Shoping Centre manager David Coulthard and his wife Tina are running the London Marathon on 21st April in aid of the Royal British Legion, see www.virginmoneygiving.com/team/Goplod or look for details in the Shopping Centre.
On Saturday 27 April at Scholes Village Hall, Leeds 15, between 10am – 12noon Scholes in Bloom are having a coffee morning. The price of a ticket is £1 which includes coffee and biscuits. There will be tombola, cake stall, plant stall, book stall, toys and jewellery. If you fancy going for a run and keeping fit, why not join up for a twelve week course with St.Theresas Athletic Club, beginners course starts Thursday 11th April at 6.30pm at the Lodge Gate car park, Temple Newsam.
